It consists of a welcoming living area with sofa and smart TV, and of a well-equipped independent kitchen, fitted also with an oven and with access, through a staircase, to a terrace with a wonderful partial view over the sea. The sleeping area is made of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another one with twin beds. At your disposal there is also a study furnished with a desk where to work, perfect if you want to work from home or take calls. A practical full bathroom with shower completes the floor, in addition to a toilet on the staircase to the terrace.

Moreover, halfway up the stairs there is a storage provided with a washing machine.
