This beautiful apartment spreads over different levels: on the first floor there are the living and the sleeping areas, while on the second floor there is access to the terrace which is split in two levels. Here, you can sunbathe and freshen up in the outdoor shower.

All the spaces are characterized by elegance and sophistication, tastefully furnished and decorated. The living room is located in the middle of the apartment, and comes with a table and chairs, TV and armchairs. From here there is access to all the other rooms, including a fully equipped kitchen, fitted also with an oven.

In the apartment there are two full bathrooms with showers, one on the first and one on the mezzanine floor.

*The house is located on the first floor with no lift; moreover, there is a steep indoor staircase to reach the bathroom on the mezzanine floor (high steps) and the terrace. ** In this house there is no washing machine. You can easily access laundry services in town. Wash + drying approx. €9.
