A bathroom with shower completes the floor. Some stairs leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bedroom leads to a small balcony overlooking the alley and, via a staircase, to a panoramic terrace with a sea view. Another bathroom with shower on the terrace completes the layout.
